Request Repeat Prescription
Please use the form below to request repeat prescriptions for your animal. Please allow at least 24 working hours’ notice so that your request can be authorised by a veterinary surgeon. If you require medications for more than one pet, please submit a separate request for each animal.
In line with RCVS guidelines regarding the dispensing of veterinary medications, it is practice policy for all pets to be seen by a veterinary surgeon every 3 months. Exceptions are made for wormers and flea products where the period since the last examination is extended to 12 months.
The check-ups will allow a vet to review your pet’s condition, discuss any new medications which may be more appropriate for your pet and to check for any problems related to long term treatment. It also provides an opportunity for you to discuss any other concerns you may have regarding your pet’s health.
If your pet has not been seen by a vet within the last 3 months please make an appointment before requesting a further supply of medications.
